Owner, David Loeffler has over 27 years of law enforcement experience and ultimately retired from the Pennsylvania State Police in 2021 after 25 years of service. David spent nearly 13 years conducting complex criminal investigations within specialized units of the State Police. Notably, David was assigned to the Bureau of Criminal Investigations-Drug Law Enforcement Division, the Clandestine Laboratory Response Team and the Troop D Criminal Investigation Unit.

Throughout his career, David received extensive training in all aspects of criminal investigations. He has conducted hundreds of criminal investigations and provided countless hours of testimony. Those investigations often utilized non-traditional methods such as physical surveillance, electronic surveillance and undercover operations. David also took part in dozens of state and federal wiretap investigations with the DEA, FBI, US Dept. of Homeland Security and the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General. 

David has received numerous commendations/awards from the Pennsylvania State Police and the Pennsylvania Narcotics Officers Association recognizing his exemplary work.

Following his retirement in 2021, David transitioned into the private sector, providing armed security for private industry and educational institutions.  Those positions allowed David to gain valuable experience in facility hardening, large event security and emergency planning and policies.
